Vivergo Fuels
Vivergo Fuels is a biorefinery for the future and a joint venture between AB Sugar, BP and Dupont. It is an exciting new business that once launched will be one of the largest ethanol producers in Europe and the biggest in the UK. Fred has been working with Vivergo to develop an exciting marketing strategy within an existing brand framework to ensure that all communications activity is as innovative as the company itself. Just Car Clinic
Just Car Clinics require a step change in brand identity to reflect their move away from 100% accident repair to include maintenance services. This comprised a logo refresh, new strapline, a suite of tactical promotional materials and design of a brand new reception interiors concept available across 25 sites. The new style receptions are now more customer friendly, welcoming and focused on retail sales.

Fred has significant destination marketing experience across the UK and this project was a perfect opportunity to combine that with powerful design. Fred's design strategy for the Hull tourism guides was to take them to the next level by ensuring they had more of a contemporary magazine style, which conveyed experience as well as destination. The retail sector is having to fight back against some enormous pressures and the current economic climate and it has never been more important for stores, centers and leisure venues to have a strong dynamic online presence. Green Port Hull
The timing of submission of planning applications for the £210million development was critical and presented numerous challenges when it came to media activity, but Fred loves a challenge! Interest was always going to be high in one of the most eagerly anticipated proposed developments for the Hull and Humber region in decades, however it was of huge importance that the details remained out of the public domain until the day of the announcement, which was no mean feat considering adverts had to be placed with local press to land on the designated day.More

Promenades
The retail sector has particularly struggled throughout the recent economic difficulties with some high profile casualties and shopping centres up and down the UK suffering significant drops in sales and footfall, with the number of year-on-year shoppers in 2011 seeing an average monthly drop of between 2.2% and 3.2%. Fred took on the challenge of repositioning The Promenades as being at the heart of Bridlington to help reengage with both local people and seasonal visitors.
