Just Car Clinics require a step change in brand identity to reflect their move away from 100% accident repair to include maintenance services. This comprised a logo refresh, new strapline, a suite of tactical promotional materials and design of a brand new reception interiors concept available across 25 sites. The new style receptions are now more customer friendly, welcoming and focused on retail sales.


Bankside
Introducing a new product to the industry for the first time in 80 years without losing its existing 85% of the market was a real concern for Bankside who appointed Fred to create a powerful brand identify for their revolutionary chassis and marketing materials that would confidently position the product. Fusion became new market leader replacing all other models in just 9 months.


Vivergo Fuels
Fred has developed marketing strategy with Vivergo within an existing brand framework but has taken it to the next level to ensure that all communications activity is as innovative as the company itself. From new style approaches to HR materials and direct mail campaigns that have surprised and delighted sector contacts, right through to fun team and community events or interior designs that mean site visitors are immediately enveloped in Vivergo and its approach - Fred has developed a long term relationship with this major business in the European renewable energy sector and the results speak for themselves.


Green Port Hull
Fred is the marketing expert in a renewables team working with specialists from ABP, Hull City Council and Siemens who together are working on proposals for a new wind turbine manufacturing facility in Hull. Fred’s strategic role has guided the team and involved brand creation, marketing communications planning, literature, press relations, community engagement and consultations and online strategy.


Princes Quay
Working with the owners, agents and management team at Princes Quay, Fred has evolved the brand identity and marketing strategy to reposition this key city shopping centre as a family destination of choice. The new strapline ‘Shop Eat Vue’ was devised to represent the new offer of shops, cinema and the newly launched restaurants. Fred’s holistic approach comprises all marketing elements from events to social media, advertising to signage.


CatZero
Catzero was a very successful youth project but as funding streams dwindled they needed to use their key resource of a round the world sailing yacht to generate income by selling corporate sailing days and race places. Fred worked to help them review their business plan and market positioning and challenge the Cat zero team to push themselves to showcase their offer in a new way. The result was a new approach and a more professional, corporate feel combined with the promotion of real CSR benefits for businesses. There has been a transformation in how they communicate and great sales for their race places which has generated new income for this great Youth project. Result!


Streetwise
Marketing strategy work with Streetwise focused on their distinct personality and service led expertise, both of which were brought to life across a new brand and marketing materials. Fred worked with Streetwise to ensure that they stood out from other accountants for all the right reasons and developed a clear brand strategy that the business could utilise to attract new customers. The approach has had a direct impact on their profile, their team and most critically on their bottom line. Streetwise understand money matters - and they also now understand how the right marketing pays for itself.


Amy Strategy
Fred has experience of helping entrepreneurs bring their ideas to life by delivering clear marketing strategies to support their ambitious, inventive, commercial ideas. Amy is a new software solution for the hospitality industry which was to be launched across the UK. Fred developed a full brand and identity concept for this excitiing national product. As this was going to be aimed at upscale establishements and venues Amy’s look and feel was intentionally stylish and thought provoking to establish the system as something different and innovative. Amy is proving to be very attractive!
